Exchanges & Returns<\/h3>\n

Perfume products may be exchanged or returned within 24 hours from the date the order is received, provided that the product remains in its original condition and has not been opened, used, or had its packaging or seals removed.<\/p>\n

An invoice or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting an exchange or return.<\/p>\n

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return<\/h3>\n

Exchange or return requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n

  • The product has been damaged due to improper use or storage.<\/li>\n
  • The original packaging, labels, or seals have been removed or damaged.<\/li>\n

    Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders<\/h3>\n

    If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and provide the order number along with clear photos showing the product and the issue.<\/p>\n

    Once the case has been reviewed and verified, the appropriate action will be taken, either by replacing the product or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n

    Refunds<\/h3>\n

    Once a refund request has been approved, the value of the product will be refunded using the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer\u2019s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.<\/p>\n

    Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Bas 3ood Perfumes or the product was received damaged.<\/p>\n

    Exchange Costs<\/h3>\n

    If an exchange is requested based on the customer\u2019s preference and is not due to an error or damage to the product, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with the exchange.<\/p>\n

    If the exchange is required due to an error by Bas 3ood Perfumes, Bas 3ood Perfumes will cover the exchange and delivery costs.<\/p>\n
